Swavo’s top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 7 days after their receipt. If the goods are damaged in transit are eligible for exchange, credit note or we may issue a refund.
Any unwanted goods must be returned in the original packaging unworn and untampered with. Any items which are customized or made-to order are exempt from the return policy. Earrings and sets including earrings are also excluded in line with the health and safety regulations for hygiene reasons.
Returned goods will be sent back to us at customers own cost. It is advisable a proof of return postage is kept by the customer.
Returns are only valid once contact is made within 24hours of delivery receipt
