We love welcoming clients into our store for bespoke consultations, but we understand that travel isn’t always possible. To support brides wherever they may be, we’ve created our online bridal consultation service. You’ll find a variety of customisation options available, from designing a unique piece to choosing your centre stone, bead colours and plating options.
Swavo offers a 12 month warranty which covers accidental damage on all bespoke orders and full price items. This is unprecedented in the industry and shows commitment to our quality and to ensure your total peace of mind.

The Swavo One-Year Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. As such, the Swavo One-Year Limited Warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law and it does not exclude, limit or suspend a buyer’s rights arising from consumer law. Consumers have the right to choose whether to claim service under the Swavo One-Year Limited Warranty or under their consumer law rights.
All our products are made from the finest materials, all handcrafted and come with a one year international guarantee against manufacturing faults from the date of order. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the jewellery items are taken care of when wearing and in storage. Items which are lost or damaged through general wear and tear or misuse are not covered by our guarantee.
General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing and exposure or contact with abrasive chemicals such as perfume, hair spray and jewellery cleaners may damage the jewellery items and therefore void the guarantee.
